   • Pop-up Blocker:

     • If the connection process involves browser interactions, make sure pop-ups are not being blocked by your browser. Always allow pop-ups from Data Integration if prompted.

   • Token Generation:

     • Verify if there's an issue with token generation. Sometimes, changes in Microsoft account security settings or permissions may lead to such errors. If you are receiving an error related to invalid_grant or AADSTS50079, reconnect to your Microsoft account.

   • Check for Microsoft Account Security Changes:

     • If you receive error messages related to invalid tokens or grants, check if there were any recent changes in your organization's Microsoft Account security policies that might affect API access.
